ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great info. I'm a 29yo female who just began sleep walking 2 1/2 months ago. Do you have any current info. Last I'm seeing is 8/15. Any updates would be much appreciated as I am going to start documenting my sleep walking!! Thanks

ReplyDeleteYes there hasn't much updates since that last one you saw. But I am still actively working on understanding my sleepwalking. Now that I have dealt with the low hanging fruits I am focused on some harder to reach such as the evolution of my sleepwalking over time (more than 2 years of data collected) and testing of different drugs (a very slow process as a lot of them don't have a short half-life). Unfortunately I still have no clue yet (besides genetic) as to what causes my sleepwalking.
But I would be interested to discuss more about your sleepwalking and how you are documenting it. Would you mind sending me an e-mail at howismysleep@gmail.com?
