As part of my investigation of what factor
impacts my sleepwalking, I looked at a potential correlation between the number of events of 2 consecutive nights. The idea here was to see if my sleepwalking activity during 1 night impacts the following night, positively or negatively.
As the graph below shows, there is no correlation between consecutive nights, as the coefficient of determination is very low.
All 470+ nights are included, regardless of treatment or mitigating/aggravating factors.

My sleepwalking is constant throughout the week
As part of my investigation of what factor
impacts my sleepwalking, I looked at a potential correlation between the day of the week and my sleepwalking scores. This is another way to see how much my sleepwalking is affected by psychological factors.
Interestingly my sleepwalking is consistent throughout the week, as the graphs below show.
Those data correlate with comparable sleepwalking activity seen on work days and rest days.
Data exclude nights with clonazepam and are normalized for the effect of coffee and tiredness.

Flex (Fitbit) sleep tracker does not detect my sleepwalking
As with the B1
and UP sleep trackers, Flex from Fitbit has the capability to detect sleep interruptions. So here also I looked
at the detection rate of my sleepwalking events being labelled a sleep
interruption by the tracking device.
As the graph below show, Flex so far never sees sees my sleepwalking events as a sleep interruption ("awake"data in light blue) when using the normal sleep settings.
When using the sensitive sleep setting, more of my sleepwalking is labelled as "agitated" sleep but still none is seen as "awake" by the sleep tracker, as the graph below shows.
The graph below shows that Flex sensitive sleep labels about 60% of my sleep as agitated/awake while I am actually sleepwalking during only about 1% of my sleep. So unfortunately neither of Flex sleep settings capture my sleepwalking.

Acetaminophen does not impact my sleepwalking
I looked at the effect of acetaminophen on my sleepwalking. for 2 reasons, as I did for ibuprofen: because acetaminophen is effective for me with headaches I wondered what effect it would have on another head problem:
sleepwalking.
The other reason was, if it has no effect, to be able to use those data as part of the "no drugs" group for other comparisons.
It turns out that acetaminophen has no effect on my sleepwalking scores, as the graph below show. The number of day collected in the acetaminophen group is still too low to form definitive conclusions but the trends so far do not indicate an effect. Especially the variability in the time between events (graph E) and time of first events (graph F) will need more data points before being conclusive.

Moon phases do not impact my sleepwalking (more data needed)
As part of my investigation of what factor impacts my sleepwalking, I looked at the effect of the moon. I do not believe this would have an impact but since I have the data I looked at it.
So far I cannot see any statistically significant correlation between the phases of the moon and any of my sleepwalking score, as the graphs below show. Unfortunately I have too little data so far to be conclusive. Getting about 100 points for each condition would be ideal, but that means not before 2022!!

Beddit sleep tracker marginaly detects my sleepwalking
Nonetheless I used the "baseline" phases of my sleep as equivalent of a sleep interruptions, to see if that correlates with the complexity levels of my sleepwalking.
As the graph below shows at most Beddit sees my sleepwalking 40% of the time (for level 5 events).
So as for B1 and UP, not a useful tool to monitor my sleepwalking.
